Mental Health First Aid Training – October (session 1 of 2)

This is the first of a two-session training. Registration includes both required sessions.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training is an evidence-based training program that equips participants with the knowledge and skills to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges.
Through this interactive, instructor-led training, you’ll learn how to provide initial support, respond with confidence and compassion, and connect individuals to appropriate professional resources.
Participants will learn how to:
- Recognize the early signs of mental health and substance use challenges
- Confidently approach and support someone who may be struggling
- Connect individuals with appropriate resources and professional care
- Help foster a culture of psychological safety, support, and resilience in the workplace and beyond
